Hi,
Thanks for stopping by.
In short, we don't sell your data and we don't use it in any hidden way. We try to be careful, but sometimes we make mistakes. If something feels off, just tell us. We'll do our best.

P.S. The text below is the legal version of all that and more. It's the binding part.
Terms of Service
1. What Prompt is
Prompt is a service that matches early-stage founders with investors for curated 1-on-1 online sessions. We select participants and facilitate introductions.
2. Using Prompt
When you apply to a session, you confirm that the information you share is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Don't use Prompt to spam, scrape, or harm anyone.
3. No guarantees
We do our best to make great matches, but we can't promise outcomes — investments, follow-ups, or partnerships happen between you and the other participant, not us.
4. Changes
We may update these terms when needed. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new “last updated” date.
5. Liability
Prompt is provided as-is. We're not liable for anything that happens between participants in or after a session.
Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
When you apply or join a session, we collect your name, email, phone number, role, company or firm, LinkedIn, and any other details you choose to share in the application form. When you visit the site, we collect basic analytics (pages viewed, device type, country) via cookies.
2. How we use it
To match you with relevant people, to invite you to sessions, to send you important updates, and to improve the product. We may occasionally email you about future editions — you can unsubscribe anytime.
3. Who sees it
When we match you with another participant for a session, we share your relevant contact info (name, email, phone, LinkedIn, role, company or firm) with that person — that's the core of how Prompt works. We don't sell, rent, or trade your data to anyone else. We also use a few trusted service providers (email, hosting, analytics) who process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
4. Cookies
We use cookies for site analytics and occasional advertising measurement. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time.
5. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time — just email us.
6. EU / UK residents (GDPR)
If you're in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation: the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Our legal basis for processing your data is your consent (when you apply) and our legitimate interest in running the matching service. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email us.
