Dutch Operator Fund

Dutch Operator Fund is an Amsterdam-based venture capital fund that focuses on technology-driven startups in the (pre-)seed phase across the Netherlands, particularly in software, SaaS, and the circular economy. The fund targets companies headquartered in the Netherlands with a clearly defined market and target audience, as well as visible first commercial traction. Eligible startups should have an ambitious, dedicated, and diverse founder team of 2 to 4 people, with second time founders being preferred.
